TeacherTom.com, in association with its programme supplier Future School, offers full support to its students and their parents or guardians. If you have a question regarding a lesson, or you want to change your grade or even change programme, support staff can be contacted quickly and easily.

Once you have logged in either as a student or a parent/guardian, simply access the “Ask a tutor” section – this support service is included in the subscription. Once logged in here, you will be able to change your mastery score, grade or level.

Our programme suppliers have tutors available on line to answer questions. They are available to answer specific questions regarding your course starting level, relevant curriculum, adding new students and offer solutions to any other queries you may have.

The tutors are available live between 1600 – 1900 AEST (excluding public holidays).
E-mails received outside these hours will be answered within the next 24 hours. If you are unsure as to your ability level, TeacherTom.com tutors can also make recommendations on lesson choice.
