Frank A. Brown - Director
- Frank Brown is regarded as one of the leading founders of MTV Networks International and of the cable and satellite industry, both in Europe and Asia. With a track record of success in media over almost two decades, Frank has been involved in almost all key world markets including US, UK, Germany, Japan, China, India, SE Asia, Russia and Australia. He offers well-rounded expertise in the international media industry.
- After 18 years with the company, Frank left MTV Networks at the beginning of 2006 to relocate to Australia, joining the family business to expand their existing interests (including mining, commodities, property and technologies) and embrace new emerging industry opportunities (such as digital media and entertainment technologies).
- Frank has been a speaker at numerous international conferences, including World Economic Forum and Global Brand Forum and a guest lecturer at universities including Hong Kong, Tokyo, Stamford and UCLA.
- He currently continues to serve on a variety of boards for Singapore Government Ministries in areas such as Tourism, Education, Infocomm Regulation and Development as well as Media Regulation and Development.

Simon Godden – TeacherTom.com Japan
- Simon has worked in commercial television for more than twenty years with a consistent sales focus throughout.
- Starting out with a television commercials production company in London, he later moved to the Paris office of Thames Television, to develop new advertising sales business.
- In 1992 he joined MTV Europe in London to build the Italian business for advertising sales, subsequently taking over management responsibility for the ad sales teams in Germany, the biggest market for MTV Europe, the Benelux and then the Far East.
- 1996 saw Simon begin his first stint with MTV. He headed the Network’s ad sales teams at the newly launched MTV Asia operation in Singapore, later launching the ad sales operations for the new MTV Japan (for a 3 year period), during which time he restructured the Marketing and Communications team.
- From late 2004, he was Managing Director of the Asia Pacific division of MTV International Marketing Partnerships, the global sales and marketing services arm of MTV Networks.
- Leaving MTV in February 2006, he co-founded the advertising supported web television service Gotcha! Media KK (Tokyo), managing the business until January 2008. Gotcha! continues to flourish as a business to business provider of video services to blue chip companies such as Coca-Cola, Yamaha, and the like.
- Simon has a degree in French & Italian studies from Reading University in the UK, is fluent in both languages and has spent more than 30 years living in 6 countries outside his native UK.
